The PAPER wraps rectangular, oval, banded and bandless soap bars, using inner stiffener and outer wrap from continuous reel.

The outer wrap can be heat-sealable paper or BOPP (Bi-Oriented Polypropylene). The wrapping style is double-point end fold.
Thanks to the long experience in supplying wrappers with continuous motion we could develop a design that summarizes the advantages of the existing solutions. A special attention has been posed to the choice of the part materials and the tolerances of their machining.
We offer similar versions where the pitch of the “soap grippers” are different in order to maximize the soap dimension or the speed: the PAPER/500 and the PAPER/600/ELAX.

The feeding section can be smart by taking advantage of intermediate conveyors or, for the highest speeds, we offer the ELAX. This is an innovative Electrical Axis installed with the upstream Stamper for a positive introduction of the incoming bars into the bucketed infeed conveyor.

The modern design of the PAPER takes advantage of several servo-motors for the following:

• Feeding suction-cup carousel and the related belt conveyors;

• Infeed Bucket Conveyor;

• Paper and Soap Grippers;

• Feed of the stiffener and outer wrap and their cut;

• Side moving Folders.
