SAVONPACK SWIFT has a unique design to perform wrapping operations in continuous motion. This allows the machine to reach speeds of up to 150 bundles per minute, setting a new standard for speed in its market category.

The core machine is of a standard, sturdy design. The wrapping material is usually BOPP (bi-oriented polypropylene), polyethylene, or different plastic films from a continuous reel.

SAVONPACK SWIFT receives the wrapped or cartoned soap bars from the upstream machine and forms bundles consisting of one row “on edge” i.e. 2x1, 3x1, and 4x1 configuration, at a maximum speed of 150 bundles/min.
The desired configuration can be chosen by setting a proper parameter in the HMI, which allows the groups to be phased by an Upper Chain and to convey them to two side timing belts, which finally feed the groups into the wrapping area of the bundler.
The groups of soap bars meet the wrapping material; the grippers take them both and start the wrapping; the grippers hold the semi-wrapped bundle and convey it into the folding area where movable and fixed helical folders complete the job. The same grippers convey the wrapped bundle through the heat-sealing section.
The sealed bundles are conveyed out by belt conveyors in the right-side-up position, i.e., ready to be processed in a down-stream case packer.
