CUBEX
The CUBEX series is a high-precision soap stamping machine for cubic soaps, using the exclusive “Artiglio” die to engrave up to six sides. Its advanced gripper system ensures fast, efficient production, with models suited for various speeds and needs.
One of the most traditional soap shapes, Cubic soap, was particularly common in Marseille and later spread to several European and African countries.
Our company, a long-time specialist in designing and manufacturing soap stamping machines, patented a unique die box many years ago, specifically designed to produce cubic soaps with engravings on all six sides. Our exclusive “Artiglio” die remains the only stamping method available today.
Since then, we have developed several stamping machines optimized for this specialized die-set.
A key innovation of the CUBEX family of presses is its advanced soap feeding and discharge system. Using grippers, the machine ensures a fast, secure, and efficient stamping process.
The CUBEX series is available in three configurations:

CUBEX/P – Soap presses powered by a combination of motors and pneumatic pistons;

CUBEX/M SIMPLEX – High-speed soap presses driven by a mechanical transmission;

CUBEX/M DUPLEX – Soap presses designed for high-speed production lines.
Each model is available in two versions:

Full version “6” – Capable of stamping all six sides of the soap.

Basic version “2” – Designed for stamping only two sides.
CUBEX/M FAMILY
The CUBEX/M family of soap presses features a welded steel base unit, a centralized lubrication system, and high performance thanks to advanced cam profiles. It also includes a leak-proof separation between machine sections to prevent oil contamination, the use of indexers, gearboxes, and cams, an in-built electric control board compliant with local regulations, and chilled die-sets.
CUBEX/M SIMPLEX
The CUBEX/M SIMPLEX produces parallelepipedal soaps. It has an operating speed of up to 60 stamped soaps per minute with a weight of up to 700/800 grams.
CUBEX/M DUPLEX
The CUBEX/M DUPLEX soap press produces two cubic soaps per stroke, effectively doubling the output of the Simplex version. With an operating speed of up to 60 strokes per minute, it can produce 120 soaps per minute, each weighing up to 700–800 grams—making it the fastest cubic soap stamper ever built. This dual-lane version features two infeed belts and is typically paired with a SPLITTER, which takes a single lane from the cutter and divides it onto two parallel belts, each feeding an "Artiglio" box die.

DIE SET
The specially designed “Artiglio” die sets are based on a patented traditional technique, now enhanced with cooling channels. Each die includes a stamping box, upper and lower stamps, and either two or four side-stamping panels.
