OVALEX
The OVALEX is a fully automatic soap press for stamping toilet soap bars. It features a high-pressure toggle-joint system, adjustable die sets, and a PLC-controlled discharge system, ensuring efficiency and precision.

The OVALEX is a fully automatic soap press designed to stamp toilet soap bars in bandless, banded, and specialty shapes. It is pneumatically operated and an ideal solution for small to medium production requirements.
The press is supplied complete with:

An intermittent motion slug-infeed conveyor driven by a 0.18 kW variable-speed motor.

A pneumatic gripper system for transferring incoming slugs between the stamping dies.

A vertical stamping unit with a pneumatic piston operating through a toggle-joint mechanical leverage system. This system elegantly multiplies the stamping pressure precisely when the top die approaches the bottom die, ensuring high stamping pressure and rapid operation with a single-stroke stamping action.

A die set that can accommodate one, two, or three cavities, depending on the size of the stamped bar. A single-cavity die produces one bar per cycle, a double-cavity die produces two, and a triple-cavity die produces three bars per stamping cycle.

Adjustable stamped bar weight, controlled mechanically by adjusting the clearance between the upper and lower dies. This feature also prevents potential die damage.

Linear bearings that ensure precise die movement.

A bottom die that moves forward after stamping to facilitate bar removal via a suction-cup discharge system.

Suction-cup discharge system that lowers, removes the stamped bars, passes them through the deflashing plate, and releases them onto the discharge conveyor.
