SAVONPACK
The SAVONPACK is a modular soap bundling machine designed for flexibility, handling cartoned, wrapped, or naked soap bars. It supports various wrapping materials and operates at up to 80 bundles per minute.

The SAVONPACK soap bundling machine has been designed specifically for the “soap” process, with the basic features suitable for the soap industry and with all the necessary flexibility to be able to form any of the so many different combinations required in the various world markets. It’s a modular machine with various kits to be added and combined.
This soap bundling machine can be fed with cartoned soap bars, wrapped soap bars or naked soap bars (and any compatible product) arriving from the upstream machine.
The core machine is of standard, sturdy design and can be completed and customized with different upstream and downstream kits for the suitable combination of operations necessary to obtain the requested bundle (soap multi-pack).
The wrapping material is usually BOPP (bi-oriented polypropylene) or polyethylene or different plastic films from continuous reel.
Speed up to 80 soap bundles per minute.
