LABORATORY PILOT LINE
Labo Machines are designed for quick soap sample production, while Pilot Lines are ideal for formula validation and small production runs, perfect for startups transitioning to automated manufacturing.
We offer both small Labo Machines and Pilot Lines.
Labo Machines are designed to minimize setup time and soap usage. Their purpose is to produce small stamped soap samples for formula validation. However, due to their compact size, they cannot fully replicate the final product.
Pilot Lines, on the other hand, allow for formula and product validation, as they can produce soap bars that closely resemble—if not perfectly match—the final product. These lines are also ideal for small production runs, enabling the creation of a few hundred samples. They are also particularly suitable for startups and businesses transitioning from manual (handmade) production to automatic manufacturing.
Pilot Lines can be configured as basic setups or enhanced with additional refining equipment, such as Double-Arm Sigma Mixers, Roll Mills, and Duplex Vacuum Plodders, for more advanced processing.

LAB MIXER
We offer two types of mixers for the soap mixing process:

Open Sigma Blade Mixer/Amalgamator – Designed for batches up to 10 kg, with a 38-liter trough, ideal for blending soap noodles with dyes, perfumes, and other ingredients. Features a tilting mechanism for easy discharge and AISI 304 stainless steel construction.

Double-Arm Mixer with Sigma Blades – Suitable for regular, translucent, and synthetic soaps, handling up to 10 kg per batch. Equipped with intensive mixing blades, a 28-liter tilting bowl, and a 1.1 kW motor for efficient processing.
Both machines ensure high-quality mixing and are equipped with safety features, including emergency stop functions.
LAB ROLL MILL
The M-100P is a water-cooled 3-roll mill that homogenizes soap base and ingredients. It features adjustable film thickness, a scraper for removal, and a cooling system with temperature gauges. Built for durability, it has polished hard steel rolls and an AISI 304 stainless steel hopper and chute.
The M-100P features an output capacity of 60 kg/h, 100 mm roll diameter, and a 300 mm working table, powered by a 1.1 kW motor. It includes a cooling water circuit with temperature gauges, polished hard steel rolls, and AISI 304 stainless steel feed hopper and discharge chute. For safety, it is equipped with Start/Stop push-buttons and an emergency stop for full-line shutdown.
LAB PLODDER
Our Laboratory Plodders refine and extrude soap in small batches, featuring Silumin alloy screws, stainless steel construction, a heated nose cone, and a refining group with rotary knives. They are powered by an AC fixed-speed motor and can extrude billets up to 26 mm.
We offer three types of plodders:

The Single Screw Simplex Plodder “SM-60” (60 mm screw diameter, 0.55 kW) and Twin Screw Simplex Plodder “SB-50” (50 mm screw diameter, 1.5 kW), which can be used as both Refiners and Extruders.

The Single Screw Duplex Vacuum Plodder “DVM-60” (60 mm screw diameter, 1.1 kW), which features a vacuum chamber for advanced processing.
LAB SOAP PRESS
The Hydraulic Lab Press is a semi-automatic soap stamper capable of delivering over 1000 kg/h of force, suitable for stamping any soap size. It operates with two push buttons, requiring both hands for safety. The press features a cooling channel die with a movable insert and number marking rows. For safety, the transparent cover is electrically interlocked and must be closed to enable operation. The ejector is independently controlled, and a DIE key selector allows easy die changeovers by preventing the die from returning to its initial position.
