SOAP AUTOMATIC STAMPERS - SINCE 1934

FEEDERS

FEEDERS are automated systems that transfer and position products between machines, ensuring smooth, synchronized operations and improving speed and efficiency in production lines.

SAS FEEDERS are automated systems designed to efficiently transfer and position products from one process or machine to another, ensuring smooth and continuous production flow. Feeders are essential for synchronizing the movement of products, optimizing timing, and ensuring accuracy in downstream processes.

We offer four types of feeders tailored to different needs:

  • The HSF Feeder is ideal for handling high-speed, high-volume production lines, providing precise and consistent product positioning.

  • The ELAX Feeder connects the soap press and packaging machines, offering flexible and synchronized handling of soap bars without the need for repositioning.

  • The Splitter Feeder efficiently divides a single lane of products into two downstream lanes, suitable for applications requiring high-speed product diversion.

  • The Rotary Turret Feeder uses rotating suction cups for precise handling and transfer, making it perfect for high-volume, delicate product handling, like soap bars.

Each of these feeders is designed to meet specific operational requirements, ensuring that we can provide the right solution for your production process.

HSF

The Automatic “Non-contact” Soap Feeder (HSF) operates in-line, receiving toilet soap bars from an upstream stamping machine and feeding a downstream packaging machine.

It includes:

  • Four servo-driven belt conveyors for precise soap bar positioning.

  • Vacuum suction cups on a timed belt for pick-up and release, with vertical rotation for proper orientation.

  • A controlled descent and release mechanism for seamless transfer.

  • An electric control panel with an OMRON PLC, servo-drive unit, and frequency inverters.

  • Safety guards with microswitches.

ELAX

The ELAX Soap Feeder connects the soap stamping machine to the packaging machine, ensuring flexibility while achieving high performance similar to a Direct Transfer system. By establishing an Electrical Axis between the machines, it accurately tracks each soap bar’s position without requiring repositioning for synchronization. Typically, the stamping machine acts as the MASTER and the packaging machine as the SLAVE, requiring a servo-driven brushless motor to receive signals from the ELAX's electrical panel.

The ELAX system integrates with new or existing soap presses and packaging machines, synchronizing their operations. It includes an encoder kit for speed control, two servo-driven conveyors for smooth soap bar transfer, a chain of pushers for positioning, a carousel feeder with suction cups for accurate placement, and an electrical control panel to manage the entire process.

ROTARY TURRET

The Soap Feeding Rotary Tower is an automated system designed to transfer soap bars from the production line to a packaging machine with precision and efficiency. Using a rotating carousel with vacuum suction cups, it synchronizes with the packaging process, ensuring smooth handling and proper positioning of the soap bars.

The continuously moving rotary tower is designed for efficient soap bar handling and packaging synchronization. It features a sturdy supporting frame equipped with an electric motor and a frequency inverter, ensuring smooth operation. An encoder and control system maintain perfect synchronization with the packaging machine. At its core, a five-station rotary carousel with rubber vacuum suction cups securely transfers the soap bars. A dedicated vacuum pump and circuit provide reliable suction, while two feed belts, equipped with a photoelectric cell-activated soap stop system, ensure precise movement.

SPLITTER

The Splitter Feeder is an automated conveyor that diverts a single lane of incoming products into two downstream lanes at speeds of up to 500 products per minute. With a length of 2.5 to 3 meters, it features an infeed conveyor, a switching tunnel for alternating product flow, and a wide main conveyor. An independent electrical panel with a PLC, touch screen, servo drive, and photocells ensures precise automation.

The Splitter/Bundler operates similarly but is designed to create structured dual-row bundles (e.g., 3+3, 4+4) at speeds of up to 250 products per minute. More compact at 1.5 to 2 meters, it uses a switching tunnel on a belt conveyor to alternate product flow. Its built-in electrical panel includes a servo drive, photocells, and automation software for seamless bundling.
