SOAP AUTOMATIC STAMPERS - SINCE 1934

SOAP DRYER

Using vacuum drying technology, the Soap Vacuum Spray Drying Plant efficiently produces toilet soap noodles and laundry bars. Neat soap is pumped, partially dehumidified, and dried inside a Vacuum Chamber. Evaporated moisture is condensed, while soap dust is collected. The dried soap is then extruded into noodles or bars.

Soap Vacuum Spray Drying Plants are designed for producing toilet soap noodles (soap pellets) and laundry soap bars. For medium-to-high capacity soap noodle manufacturing, or whenever a Vacuum Drying Plant is preferred, this method offers a reliable and efficient solution. We provide next-generation Vacuum Chambers designed for easy operation and maintenance.

The neat soap from the Saponification Plant is pumped to the Soap Drying Plant via a Heat Exchanger using a Soap Feed Pump. It then enters the Vacuum Liquid Separator (VLS), where a portion of the vapor is separated from the soap. This vapor is directed to the Heat Exchanger or recycled for use as utility. The soap is pumped into the Vacuum Chamber, where it contacts the chamber walls, causing it to dry and cool. The dried soap is immediately scraped off the walls.

The evaporated moisture is directed through vapor ducts and cyclones to the Barometric Condenser, where it is condensed by direct contact with cooling tower water. This water flows into the Hot Well via the barometric condenser.

In some cases, the vacuum levels from the basic vacuum group may not be sufficient due to environmental conditions (e.g., high wet-bulb temperature limiting cooling water efficiency) or when extremely cold dried soap is required. In such instances, a Booster is used to achieve a further pressure drop. Any non-condensable gases, such as air, are removed by a Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump.

As the vapor passes through the Cyclones, soap dust is separated and collected at the bottom. It is then transferred outside the plant by Soap Fine Screw Extruders or gathered in a dust drum connected to the vessel's bottom. After being scraped from the Vacuum Chamber walls, the soap is fed into a Simplex or Duplex Vacuum Plodder, which extrudes it into soap noodles or bars.
