The RIM BLOCK LINE is designed to produce Toilet WC Blocks (Toilet-Bowl Fresheners) of any dimension and shape.

We supply different Rim Block manufacturing machines in order to produce:

• Single colour, Bicolour, and Co-extruded Blocks;

• Stamped Blocks with or without plastic hook;

• Shaped-by-punch Blocks.

For optimal RIM BLOCK production in a RIM BLOCK FINISHING LINE, we employ:

• Double Arm Sigma Mixer with Pelletizer - two massive, tangential, counter-rotating “Sigma” type blades guarantee the intensive mixing of powders, colors, and perfumes. As an option, a Pelletizer is built into the mixer for a more regular discharge of the mixed product.

• Twin-Screw Simplex Plodder - The machine is designed for compressing, refining, and extruding different products in the shape of a continuous bar or noodles. The driving system is extremely compact and of easy maintenance: it consists of a variable speed frequency drive directly coupled to a gear-box with a built-in thrust bearing.

• Easycut Cutter - designed to cut with great precision all types of toilet and laundry extruded products. Two rotating blades cut the product extruded by the plodder.The Easycut system is based on a servo-driven application. The two blades are directly connected to the motor shaft, which, at each signal from the encoder, makes a 180-degree rotation, allowing the blade to cut the soap billet.

• Rim Stampex - a machine is composed of a special semi-automatic feeding group and an electronic stamping machine, which is a Stampex with a standard frame and mandrel. The feeding section allows the operator to manually insert the hooks into a chain that will join them with the extruded bar before entering the stamping area.
