FILMEX
The SAS FILMEX Soap Stretch Wrapper efficiently wraps and labels soap bars of various shapes using polyethylene stretch film. With a quick changeover system and speeds of 35 to 75 soaps per minute, the machine ensures high-quality, secure packaging for commercial use.

Cosmetic, skincare, and other specialty soaps are often wrapped in stretch film and labeled. The demand for this distinctive and luxurious packaging style is increasing worldwide. The SAS FILMEX Soap Stretch Wrapper is specifically designed to wrap soap bars and other solid products of various shapes using polyethylene stretch film while simultaneously labeling them.
The FILMEX soap stretch wrapping machine is ideal for wrapping toilet soap bars with transparent stretch film fed from a reel. It accommodates a variety of soap bar shapes, including banded, bandless, and special designs, covering most commercially available sizes.
The soap bar is placed into a rubber pocket on the rotating disk and transported to the wrapping station. There, a suction cup lifts the soap from the disk and lowers it onto a pre-cut film positioned between the soap and the wrapping head. As the soap bar descends, the film is stretched. The wrapping head then secures the film around the soap using an iris mechanism, while excess film is trimmed with a hot knife and discharged separately.
Once wrapped and sealed, the soap bar is immediately labeled before being transferred onto a soft-belt conveyor for further processing.
The machine allows for a quick and user-friendly changeover, requiring only the replacement of rubber pockets and a few minor adjustments.
The production speed ranges from 35 to 75 soap bars per minute.
