The Laundrex Soap Press is designed to engrave both laundry and toilet soaps on both sides, featuring a banded rectangular shape. Its rotating die box includes four stations, each with two cavities, allowing each stroke to produce two stamped soap bars. The standard model comes equipped with a dual-lane infeed conveyor and a single-lane discharge conveyor.

A notable feature of this machine is the easy access to the stamping area, as all movements are located on one side. By opening the safety guard, operators can quickly and precisely disassemble, assemble, and adjust the dies.

This modern machine incorporates the latest technologies, such as:

• All working mechanisms are mounted on ball and linear bearings;

• Utilization of commercial components (slides, guides, reducers, etc.);

• Implementation of state-of-the-art frequency inverters, eliminating the need for a clutch and enabling more precise production speed adjustments;

• Infeed and discharge conveyors powered by motors controlled by frequency inverters.

Pushers are provided to load and unload soaps from the stamping box. The press body is constructed of heavy-duty welded steel, housing all mechanisms that control the dies and stamping box.

To comply with CE safety regulations, all moving parts are enclosed by interlocked safety guards. Opening any protective cover immediately halts the machine's operation.

Additional features include:

• Centralized lubrication system;

• A unit with a filter reducer and air lubricant for the die ejectors and accessories;

• An integrated circuit for die cooling liquid, designed to be connected to a separate chilling unit, complete with necessary pipes and distributors;

• Electrical installation for machine control via PLC, speed regulation knobs, photocells for automatic soap billet infeed control, and various other control devices.
