The PACKSAVON soap wrapping machine is studied for wrapping rectangular classic soap bars and other special applications. It can wrap with two films (inner carton stiffener and outer printed paper or BOPP).

The soap wrapping style is double-point end fold.

Wrapping material can be from continuous reels or pre-cut sheets (magazine) and can be heat-sealable or normal paper when the hot-melt kit is supplied.

Its “balcony” and ergonomic design make it very simple and user-friendly.

The “performance to price” ratio is impressive considering that there are practically no alternative proposals on the market.
Thanks to the modern design and the simplicity of the SAS-Packsavon soap wrappers, the changeover is quick and the maintenance is limited.

The speed range is from 60 to 120 wrapped soaps per minute.
