The SAS PLISSER soap pleat wrapping machines efficiently wrap and label round or oval soap bars using pleated paper or film. With a user-friendly changeover system, they operate at speeds of up to 150 wraps per minute, ensuring high-quality packaging.

The SAS PLISSER soap pleat wrapping machines are suitable for wrapping toilet soap bars with paper or film from a reel. The production speed depends on the specifications, quality of the wrapping material, and the product being wrapped.

Soap bar shapes are preferably banded but can also be bandless. They are mainly round but can also be slightly oval.

The soap bar is fed onto a belt conveyor and then positioned by a pusher above the wrapping area. Meanwhile, the paper is unrolled, punched, and positioned just below the soap bar. A pusher then lowers the soap bar onto the paper, guiding it through the pleated mold, while the iris blades complete the wrapping. The wrapped soap is then transferred to the labeling station before being discharged onto the outlet belt conveyor. Changeover is user-friendly and quick.
