MIXERS

They blend the soap base with all additives—such as fragrances, colors, exfoliants, or active ingredients—ensuring even dispersion throughout the batch.

ROLL MILLS

Roll mills (typically three-roll systems) refine the mixed soap by eliminating air pockets, breaking down any clumps, and creating a smoother, more workable mass.

PLODDERS

Plodders are essential for compacting the refined soap and extruding it into continuous bars. Vacuum plodders remove air for improved density and surface quality.

CUTTERS

Once extruded, the continuous soap bar is cut into individual pieces using automatic or semi-automatic cutters, which ensure precise and uniform cutting based on weight or length.

SOAP PRESSES

The soap presses (also known as stampers or stamper-presses) give the bar its final shape and imprint. Molds can include logos, brand names, or decorative designs.

LABORATORY PILOT LINES
