LABORATORY SOAP MACHINES
We offer both small Labo Machines and Pilot Lines.
The Labo Machines are studied to reduce as much as possible to setting time and the required soap and their scope is to produce small cut of stamped soap for validation of formulas even if, due to the size of such equipment, is not possible to reproduce the final product.
The Pilot Lines can be used to validate the formulas and the products since the can, in principle, produce a soap bar similar if not identical to the final product. Such lines are also used for small runs to produce few hundred samples.
The Pilot Line can be basic or more complete with more refining machines such as Double-Arm Sigma Mixers, Roll-Mills, Duplex Vacuum Plodders.
